CNC Table Assembly

OVERVIEW:

This CNC project started by importing DXF’s of the plates, and over-all dimensions of the table from a DWG file. The SolidWorks design was then updated as per specific client requests. By client request, the final product was rendered for a photo-realistic picture for the sales catalog.

DRAFTING + DETAILING:

The final design was summarized in a 2D drawing with Bill of Materials (BOM) for Quoting, Purchasing, and Production purposes. Assembly Drawing includes over-all dimensions and ISO views with balloons. Close up detailed view were provided with weld symbols and corresponding balloons. No part views were provided as per client request. BOM included quantity, description and material.
