OVERVIEW:

The car ramp project required us to recreate the assembly in SolidWorks from a quickly drawn concept model.  Client requested render of final product for company catalog.

DRAFTING + DETAILING:

The final design was summarized in a 2D drawing with Bill of Materials (BOM) for Quoting, Purchasing, and Production purposes. Drawing included over-all dimensions, ISO view with balloons, and center to center welding distances of all the rods. Close up detailed view were provided with weld symbols and corresponding balloons. No part views were provided as per client request. BOM included quantity, tube size and material.
