OVERVIEW:

Client sent damaged physical part for measurement and conversion into a SolidWorks 3D CAD file which required complex SolidWorks Surface modelling.  Due to the damaged part missing a few pieces, an initial prototype was printed so that the model could be tweaked for accurate fit and function with the original base assembly, and to account for 3D printing production methods.
